Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are running classes online. This way you will be able to continue with your training from your home. All you need is a laptop/desktop or other device, and some space for your exercises. See our online timetable below.
We currently offer monthly unlimited classes for £40/month ! Individual online group classes are £8 per person per class.
For bookings, please email or phone and if this is your first class, you will be assessed and also asked to fill out a health form prior to your initial class.

This is a great class for anyone who is recovering from back problems or any other injuries. Christina Dahl have undertaken extensive training in exercises for those with Scoliosis, lower back pain and Sciatic Nerve pain. This class also suit beginners looking for gentle exercise.
The Dynamic class suits anyone who is familiar with Pilates and whom would like to step their training up and develop further. This class will help you build strenght and endurance through more challenging exercises and postures.
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine which is used to incorporate Pilates techniques for a challenging and intense workout. We recommend this for those managing an injury, as the impact of gravity is reduced. Springs, leverage and body weight is used as resistance while you are performing movements, targeting specific muscle groups.
This is our most challenging class, suitable for those whom are already at a very high fitness level and wants to be pushed to build strenght. Our exercises target muscles you didn’t know you had!

Mum & Baby
Unfortunately there are no Mum and Baby sessions during the Pandemic. However you are welcome to attend the online session together with your baby as you are not disturbing anyone when you are on mute.
This session focus on recovery after birth, but will also suit pregnant women. You can bring your baby along if you like. We place the emphasis on getting strong and flexible and gently work on your pelvic floor muscles, core stability, and improvment of mobility in hips and spine. For postnatal mums, it helps strengthening tum, back and pelvis and get posture and alignment restored.
Online classes have many benefits – the mute button being one of these, if you have a screaming baby.
